Security and Protecting your Account
Capstone Bank is strongly committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of our customer account information. Capstone uses state-of-the-art technology in the ongoing development of its Online PC Banking service to ensure this security. We use several different methods to protect your account information:
- Your account numbers are not displayed in full - only the last 3 digits can be viewed.
- You must have a valid Access ID and Password to logon.
- If no action is taken for 10 minutes, you will be automatically logged off Capstone Bank Online.
Illegal Use
Unauthorized use of Capstone Bank website and systems including but not limited to unauthorized entry into our Internet banking system, internal network, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted on our website is strictly prohibited.

The EFT Disclosure sets forth, among other rights and obligations, limitations on EFTs, your right to documentation of EFTs, our business days, stop payment procedures, our liability for failure to stop payments, your liability for unauthorized transfers, procedures for addressing errors and questions regarding EFTs and payments, disclosure about your accounts or transfers to third parties, and other disclosures required by law.
Virus Protection
We are not responsible for any computer virus or related problems that may be associated with the use of an on-line system. We recommend that you routinely scan your PC and diskettes using a reliable virus detection product to remove any viruses found.
Use of Information Submitted Through the Website
Any communication or material that you transmit to us through this website or through electronic mail may be used only by Capstone Bank for the purposes described in our privacy policy. Furthermore, Capstone will not be liable for any difficulty in use, or for the incompatibility between this website and your web browser or other site accessing program. Nor will Capstone Bank be liable for any other problems you experience due to causes beyond our control.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with federal statutes and the laws of Alabama.
